Under the law 01-00 on the reform of higher education, INAU (The National Institute for Urban and Territorial Planning) has redefined its mission and diversified its activities by always keeping abreast with the new actors in urban planning and territorial development.
Thanks to its acquired 30 years of experience, INAU is now the leader in academic training, continuing education, research focus and expertise in the areas of Urban Planning and Land Management.
This experience has been of great benefit to institutions and actors involved in this domain, both across and outside of Morocco's borders, especially the Maghreb countries and sub-Saharan Africa.

The INAU in brief
The INAU, founded in 1981, is a training institution for territorial and urban planning executives. It is the only training institution in Morocco that is concerned with problems of territorial organization and the different policy instruments used to deal with them.
