The degree of ICH

  • The ICH degree is delivered by the "French Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers "(CNAM).
  • 9 teaching units (TU) are required for graduation in a section or a specialty.
  • A listener may prepare 1 to 6 TU per year.
  • In France, this degree is classified as category II, at the graduate level degrees.

The ICH addresses

  • A person wishing to improve a prior technical education : architects, engineers and construction technicians.
  • A person intending to work in occupations involving the economy and construction law and housing: developers, building managers, realtors, staff offices, business companies and mortgage companies.
  • Trained lawyers (notaries, lawyers, judges, etc...) wishing to specialize in urban planning construction and real estate law.

Enrolment Conditions

  • Pre-registration record addressed to INAU-ICH:
    • Letter of motivation.
    • Detailed C.V.
    • Certified copy of qualifications.
    • Copy CIN + 2 photos.
  • Compulsory interview for admission.

Fees

  • 3 000 DH per unit of Teaching (50 hours).

ICH Curriculum

  • In the ICH, listeners can subscribe to one or more academic units of their choice for a qualification, or progressively to hold the degree of ICH for professionalization.
  • Two units of teaching are compulsory for all courses :
    • Introduction to Legal Studies;
    • Introduction to the law of property.
